This flexibility allows you to train at your own pace, avoiding distractions and travel, ensuring faster progress and an exclusive, personalized training experience.

You still receive focused attention from the coach, who adapts each session to the needs and fitness levels of the participants. Training in a slightly larger group creates an energetic environment, where you’re encouraged to challenge yourself alongside others, building camaraderie and mutual support. Whether it’s for physical conditioning, strength training, or martial arts, these sessions offer a perfect mix of flexibility, progress, and dynamic group interaction. 5 times per week everyday at 8.15 to 9am

Each week, you’ll have a follow-up to fine-tune your plan and ensure you’re making consistent progress. With balanced menus tailored to your preferences and dietary restrictions, this program provides a flexible and easy-to-follow approach, helping you stay on track and achieve lasting results over the three-month period.
